November Favorites!

November Favorites!

posted on: 12.06.2011

I had originally filmed a November Favorites video, but my skin was looking puh-rettttty jacked up, and I am far too vain to let myself look bad in a video that will be on the Internet. So instead of refilming, I figured I'd make a blog post instead! Yay!

ONE. Clarisonic Mia Sonic Skin Cleansing System, $125
I honestly have no idea why it has taken me so long to break down and get a Clarisonic. I'm about two years late on this trend! I must say, this is such a fantastic little gadget, I don't know how I survived without it. And this was a perk: I bought this using my Sephora Friends & Family 20% off discount! Score!

TWO. Biore Deep Cleansing Strips, $10.29
I wrote an open letter to these wonderful little strips a couple of weeks ago, and I must say that my opinion of these are still the same, if not better. I love how these actually get rid of blackheads! I definitely recommend these to everyone.

THREE. Stila Convertible Color in Peony, $25
This is like a magical cream blush that blends effortlessly into my skin and emits this wonderful radiance that you can't even tell I'm wearing blush! That might be a tad overdramatic, but it is still true. I don't know why it has taken me so long to jump on board with these cream blushes! They're also a favorite of Mindy Kaling's, who you all know I absolutely love.

FOUR. L'Oreal Voluminous Mascara, $6
When I first bought this mascara, I actually hated it. But now I love it. Crazy how that works, right? I do have one tiny complaint still: too much product comes up on the brush. Which means it can be clumpy. But that can be helped by scraping off the excess. Besides that, I love the way this mascara makes my lashes look! And for only 6 dollars? I approve.

Remarkably enough, those are all my favorites for last month! I'm proud of myself.

  1. I have a sample size of peony and it has lasted me two years without even hitting pan. I love it! I bought the original voluminous and the tube was practically dry so I tossed it. I'm scared I'll get another bad one. I really like million lashes though.

  2. Yea I've been hearing a lot about million lashes! I'm going to be trying that one out next.
