A foolproof way for me to incorporate some bright colors into my makeup is by pairing the colors with some sort of neutral metallic. In this case, I paired some fun minty blues with a cool-toned bronze from one of my Bare Minerals pressed shadow palettes. Using blues is always risky, because you risk looking like an overly eccentric old woman who doesn't have all her vision. Trust me, I know this, because I was totally that old woman back in high school. But I digress. I busted out some of my favorite Sugarpill colors and basically just went to town, while keeping the rest of my face neutral.
