Enter Hard Night Good Morning. When they reached out to me to try out some of their skincare products, I was intrigued. They claim that their products work for all skin types and even acne prone skin. Their products are also vegan and gluten-free. I was sent their A.M. Cleanser ($24.99 for 6.6 oz) and the Daytime Moisturizer ($34.99 for 1.7 oz), so for the past few weeks, I've been using this in the mornings (while still using my Dermalogica Cleansing Gel + Embryolisse Lait-Creme Concentre at night). These are my thoughts on the products.
I really like the A.M. Cleanser. It has a nice, citrus scent and has micro-beads that gently exfoliate the skin. The thing I like most is that it doesn't leave my skin with that icky "tight" feeling (basically it doesn't strip all the natural oils off my skin and leaves my skin slightly moisturized). And best of all, it hasn't broken me out! So that's always a plus.
The Daytime Moisturizer comes in a jar, which isn't the most sanitary container, but I can deal with it. You don't need a lot of moisturizer, as this is very thick and creamy. It leaves a matte finish on the skin, and absorbs very quickly into the skin. Because of the matte finish it leaves on the skin, it makes my skin have that "tight" feeling I dislike so much. It's not my favorite moisturizer, but that's just my personal preference.
Overall, I was pleasantly surprised with Hard Night Good Morning. I would definitely purchase the A.M. Cleanser, but probably not the moisturizer. You can purchase these products online, or at select Whole Foods across the nation. Also, if you live near a Chamberlin's here in Florida, you can purchase these products there as well.
