Violet Petal

Violet Petal

I was playing around with my brighter colors the other day when I stumbled upon this combination. I'm in love! To achieve the perfect blue-violet lid, it is important to lay down a cobalt blue base to layer a bright purple eyeshadow on. I used Milani's Liquif'eye Eyeliner in Blue as the base, but if you plan on wearing this out, make sure you put primer on because after fifteen minutes of wear, my eyes were creasing like crazy. It could be because I was wearing a cream foundation which made my lids extra oily, but still, it is better to be safe than sorry.

Eyes:
Milani Liquif'eye Liquid Eyeliner in Blue (lid base)
Urban Decay 24/7 Pencil Liner in Deviant (lower lashline base)
Inglot Eyeshaow DS 491 (glittery purple on lid)
Inglot DS 493 (lavender in crease)
Inglot DS 504 (teal on lower lashline)
Inglot AMC 59 (chartreuse on inner corner)
Urban Decay 24/7 Pencil Liner in Perversion (black eyeliner)
Bobbi Brown Everything Mascara

Cheeks:
Makeup Designory Blush in Soft Peach

Lips:
MAC Please Me Lipstick
Buxom Big and Healthy Lipstick in Sydney
L'Oreal Colour Riche Le Gloss in Nude Touch
purple eyeshadow, makeup look, look of the day, teal makeup, purple makeup, nude lips, curly hair
