For a more subdued look, pair your vampy lip with minimal eye makeup. I only used the Ellis Faas Mascara for this look. To really brighten up your eyes, you may choose to use a light, shimmery eyeshadow on the inner corners of your eyes.
Taking the last look one step further, I used the NARS Eye Paint in Tatar (which is a deep purple with a slight shimmer) to create a slightly winged out liner. I didn't go too over the top with my liner, but you could definitely go dramatic here.
For this look, I decided to do a more purple-y smoky eye to bring out the plum tones in the lipstick I'm wearing. Using NARS Eye Paint in Tatar as my base, I then patted MAC's Satin Taupe eyeshadow all over my lid, blending it into the crease and smudging it on my lower lashline. To help blend and deepen the crease, I used a combination of MAC's Blackberry & Wedge eyeshadows. To highlight the inner corners of my eyes, I used MAC Ricepaper. I didn't use eyeliner but you could add a winged liner to this look as well.
Honestly, you could pull off any of these looks with ease as long as you have the confidence to pull it off. Vampy lips aren't for the faint of heart, and can really make a fashionable statement. Which of these looks do you prefer?
