THE BEAUTY COUNCIL POST HEADER
You guys, I have become completely infatuated with a new brand: Black|Up Cosmetics. No joke. The Beauty Council gals and I teamed up with Black|Up recently, and I am 100% obsessed with everything I was sent. Like, these are must haves, people. These products are of an incredible quality, and I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to work with such an amazing and high-quality brand. I've actually already used their products in a couple of tutorials (like this Jessica Chastain look and this Laura Carmichael look), and you will probably see them a lot more on here. And today I am going to show you how easy it is to take your makeup from the day and into the night- yay for lazy makeup!

For this look, I utilized all of the products Black|Up sent me. The products I used are: Full Coverage Cream Foundation, Mattifying Fluid Foundation (my new go-to foundation), Multi-Action CC Cream, Radiance Concealer, Concealer Palette, Blush in NBL05, Eyeshadow Palette in PAL01, Mono Eyeshadows in OAP09M and OAP02M,  Lipstick in 36 Matte, and Lip Lacquer in VL11. Keep reading to see how I used these products to go from day to night!

To start, I primed my face with the CC Cream and then applied the Mattifying Foundation with a wet egg-shaped sponge all over my face. After that, I concealed with the Concealer Palette. Amazingly enough, I didn't have to set my face with powder because the Mattifying Foundation sets with a demi-matte finish. Yay for cake-free makeup!

After priming my eyes, I take the shimmery eyeshadow from my Eyeshadow Palette in PAL01 and apply it all over my lid and blending it into the crease. Taking the navy blue Mono Eyeshadow with an angled brush, I line my upper lashline and wing it out. From there, I applied mascara and that finishes off the eye look.

On my cheeks, I took the NBL05 Blush and applied it onto the tops of my cheekbones. I never really thought an orange blush would look good on me, but man was I wrong. This is pretty much the only blush I'm using nowadays. To finish up the entire look, I dabbed some of the hot pink Lipstick onto my finger, and pressed it into my lips to create a light stain for a more natural look. And that's it!

Taking this makeup look into the night is super easy once you have the base set up, which we did for the Day Look. Taking the dark matte brown eyeshadow in the Eyeshadow Palette, buff it lightly into the crease to create a defined crease- not quite a cut-crease, but the definition is still there. To warm it up and to help it blend out, take the matte orange Mono Eyeshadow and lightly buff it over the matte brown crease color. On the lower lashline, smudge a mixture of the olive green and bronze eyeshadows from the Eyeshadow Palette, and pile on some more mascara.

For the cheeks, I took the Full Coverage Foundation (which is a couple of shades too dark for my pale winter-y skin) and contoured my face with it. I added a touch more of the Blush, and then added the Radiance Concealer on the tops of my cheekbones and in the "crows feet" area of my eyes.

From there, I took the Lip Lacquer and layered it over the hot pink Lipstick for a more opaque, glossy look. I blotted with a tissue so it wasn't too intense, and voila! You're ready to paint the town red.
